• Subsurface soil and rock conditions
• Weather conditions and seasonal factors
• Regulatory requirements and permitting delays
• Changes in project scope or specifications
• Site access and third-party interference
• Availability of materials and equipment
• Underground utilities and obstructions not identified in plans

Estimates and proposals are approximations based on available information and may change based on actual field conditions. Final project costs may vary from initial estimates.

User Responsibilities
